Seems like a solid career path. I'm currently well-versed in Dynamics; my contract with MSFT ends in a few months. What salary does a CRM Solutions Architect generally have? TC: $75 per hr contract w/no benefits, roughly $156k
How do you find these contract jobs? Not a bad TC at all
Recruiter from Kforce reached out to me. I never understand this take and why people say it regarding my TC. The TC doesn't include any benefits, no RSU's, nothing. Just pay.
I understand your perspective, but compared to about 90% of the people in the U.S, you’re doing quite well for yourself. Hopefully you’re able to find a better gig with more benefits soon!
Means a lot if you can make commission on target earnings

Top Salesforce architects can get in the $300-$400k range at your big players.
Holy. Really? What sort of "big players"? Like consultant companies, EY and such?
The highest paid has to be SF professional services which is around 300 even for Sr. Technical Architect
