Can I postpone signing an offer from Google for a month because of other ongoing interviews?
I am in a team matching phase at Google. I will have an interview with hm for a promising project this week. I have also other ongoing interviews with final stage to be scheduled in a month (I have to leave the country for family gathering for over 2 weeks soon and then wanted some time to leetcode). If the interview with Google manager goes well, can I postpone signing an offer for another month? Or should I take the other interviews right after coming back (still it is gonna to be 3 weeks) although I won't be prepared well? Any tips are appreciated as I am inexperienced with negotiations and don't want to loose any opportunities.
Yes. When you receive the offer, firstly be grateful and thank the recruiter. Then say you’ll need x weeks before you’ll be able to give them an answer, and be firm. Say “I’ll need x weeks” not “Can I have x weeks”. One of those phrases allows the recruiter to say “no”. They just spent a ton of money and resources finding a candidate that they like — they won’t blow you off because you need some time to accept.

Level 3, less then 2 yoe. I haven't received the offer yet. Interview was mainly hard leetcode problems. No system design.
