What’s the culture like? Is it like Google Ventures (a VC arm of Google)? What’s the pay like? Wlb? Can’t find anything on it internally or externally, no glassdoor too

Brandon! Apr 28, 2023Alphabet has 2 investment vehicles: Google Ventures (early stage VC investing) and Capital G(late stage and growth equity). Friend from business school works at Capital G. He loves it; interesting work and fairly decent WLB. His TC is ~$700K/year.
