Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
Recently passed the final round (power day) at Capital One and got matched to a different team with an offer. I was wondering if I could decline the offer for now, but match with a different team later without having to reinterview. I know this is the case with some companies like Google where your interview scores are good for a year in case you pass on an offer or there’s a hiring freeze. Edit: I talked to my recruiter and it’s good for a year
It turns out my scores are good for a year, just need to make sure a team is hiring for my role and have another informal chat with their manager
Capital One is crap place to work. Dont waste your time and career
What makes you say that? The hiring manager I met seemed chill. Capital one seems to give time off to study for AWS certification and learning days etc so it seems nice. I know it’s tough to grow internally
What was the offer? Feel free to DM

Was coding round non leet code and OOP like what most people got?
Yeah it was a pretty easy (especially with the interviewer I had) coding round and case study was easy too
Thanks for answering ! I have a powerday soon and was doing leetcode until I saw most people got OOP style questions like writing classes methods instead
Your successful interview is good for 6 months I believe. Talk with your recruiter.
Thank you for your reply
