Hey guys , I hope you’re doing well. I am a graduate student in Industrial and systems engineering. I have two years of work experience working as a system engineer in tcs . I have done a part time work as a project manager and also currently working as a project management intern at one of the company. I am kinda confused which roles I should target by looking at the current market scenario, I have following three options: 1. Process engineer ( need high industry experience, roles mainly in manufacturing setting which I don’t want, comparatively less salary, less h1b sponsorship) 2. Business analyst ( good salary, less exp needed , can help me go to project manager role in future, more h1b sponsorship) 3 project manager ( have direct exp, but need more experience, medium level h1b sponsorship) Feel free to share if you have idea of any other roles that I can target. TIA
