There is a great bonus going on Chase preferred, and I discovered something else. 1. If you apply chase Sapphire preferred card at Chase Bank, they'll wave off your initial annual fee. 2. If you have travel plans for next year(let's say), I suggest go to chase bank apply for a Chase Sapphire card now, and get it upgraded to Reserve next year. Mind you, you won't get a reserve signing bonus. You can get 80,000 points free this year and upgrade it to reserve next year without hurting your credit score. Instead of getting 50,000 points, you get 80,000 points. Caution: Ask your banker for other TnC. Comment on how this sound?
Me: Just put time and energy into work or stocks, get better returns.
What are your returns?
12-15% average over 10 years and compounding. Banks are smarter than you, they don’t give out free money.
