Choosing best offer
I do have offer from Neustar (33+6) & Hitachi Vantara (38+4), Please suggest me which one i must choose, Role wise almost both are similar (DevOps Manager). I am unable to decide working culture & future prospect wise etc. Please guide me . #engineer #interview #it
I would then say, choose for a stable one....it really matters how stable the company is and it's attitude towards employee benefits.
Yeah. Agreed, Thanks for that. If i put package a side for a while the another points are Product & Service base and more over working culture since i am not much aware about both.
One of my collegue was not able to come to office for 3,4 months and siemens was perfectly find with that.... it's really important to go for employee friendly company with less work load.
I would suggest 38+4 in case you don't have any strong reason not to join Hitachi Vantra.... almost all companies have there pros and cons. How many years of exp you have?
