Cisco Layoff February 2024 announced (10-18k projected to be let go)
Seems the person from AppDynamics that posted back in January and people were making fun off was right - now if they were right about 10-18k we shall see. What are your thoughts? Uh.. Cisco is probably letting go a lot of Splunk people. Anyone not deemed essential to its operations and integration.
Splunk folks are higher TC makers than native cisco. So do the math given that everyone in tech is replacable.

It's a musical chairs and has been such for a long time, ever since John chambers talked about the first layoff during the dotcom time and related his experience at Wang technologies and hoped to not do this ever again.
