Cisco internal movement India
Joined Cisco recently and not happy with assigned module and project. Have found a couple of internal jobs which I like. Will Cisco allow internal movement in just 2-3 months of joining. Any suggestions, tips and tricks would be helpful TC 60, grade G11, location Bangalore #bangalore

To initiate an internal movement you should have completed ~1year in the position. Thats the policy

Gotta wait 1 year. However, policy states you may apply for an exception. Go read the policy.

Nope. You can do that when you’re close to finishing a year so you join the new team immediately after completing a year. AFAIK that’s the policy, doesn’t matter which country in Cisco.
