I’m interviewing for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager role and looking for some insights on what would be appropriate for a base, bonus, stock etc. Not pumped on a manager title as it would be a lateral but I’d comp is good I’m ok with it. My assumptions based on what I’ve dug up online: Base: 200-250 Bonus: 15-20% Stock: no idea #compensation #coinbase #tech
I saw that same position posted on LinkedIn and the bottom of the posting states the following: "Notice for Colorado applicants as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20). Target annual salary for this role performed in Colorado, is $170,850 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k))." Depending on the geo, the base should hit 200K+.
I heard from the recruiter, they since canceled the role for the time being but comp is as follows: Base: 200k Bonus: 30k ~ 15% RSU: 500k, up to 1M at manager discretion
Thanks Colorado for forcing HR to do the right thing and at least post some god damn number.
Recruiter should be able to tell you, they do all the same comp by level, no negotiating, they’re very transparent
