Compensation - ISD Engineer IV

Folks, pour in your thoughts here. Navy Federal reached me out for ISD Engineer IV(Data Product Testing) role. How much is the average salary they can offer for this role? HR told they can go up to $170K maximum and anual bonus is max 40%. HR presented average anual numbers like 160k salary + 60k bonus + 10k joining bonus = 230k CTC Is Bonus will come around 60k? If you are performing regular and don’t want to put too much effort for high ranking :) Please confirm if this looks reasonable numbers?
