How many companies here adjusted compensation because of inflation. Joining Sony playstation with 160k. Anyone here from Sony, are you expecting any hike ? #techcareer
Nope. Now I am struggling to pay rent and checks. Cant go to restaurants or cafes nowadays. Inflation sucks.

Israeli precision-guided munition likely killed group of children playing foosball in Gaza, weapons experts say
None, and none will adjust for inflation. They may adjust for market demand, but not for inflation. No company in the right mind will actively monitor and adjust comp based on inflation. Do you expect a pay cut when inflation goes back down?
Makes sense :D but do u think it will go down
Inflation goes down does not mean deflation. Currency has already been inflated and in fractional reserve banking system there is no deflation, currency will keep inflating (hopefully at lower rates) as it’s printed, until someone sets the federal reserve on fire and declares the dollar will be gold backed. Even if inflation rates go down to normal rates, the lost value of the dollar from past year+ inflation remains the same.
