Consulting project and Visa ending : Kforce
Hi , Posting on behalf of a friend . My friend's current project is ending on December 31st along with her Visa . she works for kforce. Kforce has applied for extension . What if she is not able to get another project by December 31st . Does kforce still keep her on payroll until she gets a project ? Since the visa is also ending , its a tricky situation . She wants to apply for premium processing by paying herself but kforce is not super helpful . What are some possible options ? Thanks #workvisa #h1b

Kforce has one risk on H1B from what I have heard if you have lost the client project they might not keep you on payroll for long before you find another project. So you need to keep other options ready.
She will be on 60 days grace period from Newyear..So she has to get a job before 60days
