Crossover Trilogy
Anyone's currently working in Trilogy via Crossover ? It's remote work which is extremely well paid (via Indian standards). Though I do see Glassdoor reviews with issues on micromanaging and the spy agent. Any benefits apart from the pay? Like wfh equipment ? #tech #trilogy #crossoverforwork

They do pay well according to Indian standard, but it is not worth it. You would have to sit in front of computer with your web cam on no privacy at all. And all you get is just the pay nothing else. Also job security goes to toss
There's a lot of micro management according to the number of hours rather than the work done ?

Kind of both. You must work for 40 hours, but the work assigned would normally take more than that

Its a scam. Had a friend work in it for some weeks then got fired. guess what termination is on spot and no time is given.Also he left his stable job and now has gap on his resume. Sucks to be honest
that's your friends fault for putting all their eggs in one basket, crossover is a company you work as a Job 2 and do the bare minimum to collect a check
