Hello everyone , i have a interview with delta airlines for a project manager/scrum master role. Has anyone interviewed with delta. If anybody has, what type of questions will they and how can i best prepared for the role. Here is the role description Build strong working relationships with coworkers, direct reports, customers (internal and external), partners and company leadership Lead the team to achieve agile fluency while collaborating and coordinating activities horizontally across the business and HR Lead daily Scrum sessions with HRSD, vendors, or 3rd party integrators through assessment of potential return of ideas, and score backlog items based on potential impact, development effort, hypothesis confidence, and strategic fit Partner effectively with the Delta IT organization and external partners in the execution of projects supporting Employee Relations, Equal Opportunity, and HR partner platforms. This will be done through market research, end user feedback, analytics data, and bench marking to understand end user needs, discover functional gaps and identify new opportunities to ultimately define product vision and drive the roadmap for the ServiceNow Investigations product, Equal Opportunity products, and Arrest Record Review products (Identity Mgt Solutions, CHRC, Fingerprinting, Badge management, etc.) Support the product development lifecycle for Employee Relations and end users by defining development requirements, system integration points, data connectivity via APIs and data lakes, coordinate design for new features, triage bugs, lead User Acceptance Testing, support post implementation hypercare efforts, and complete post-launch analysis Develop new training materials and comms for new enhancements. (Employee Relations, Equal Opportunity, etc.) Develops a plan to integrate new ServiceNow enhancements with existing business systems (Performance Development, Investigations, etc.) Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings Define success criteria and metrics of new products/releases and perform post-implementation analysis and ongoing optimization through the creation/use of ServiceNow user meta data and data fields to perform analytics to assess and monitor performance of tests Works with stakeholders to build out initial requirements and user stories through the creation of process mappings to form a deep understanding of business processes to then drive functional requirement documentation Partners with ER COE analytics and reporting team member and HR OAP to define data field requirements for report and dashboard creation within ServiceNow and Tableau Enjoys working in a high- profile environment with fluid priorities, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
