Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
I feel like the housing bubble in Bay is about to burst & we’re seeing increased volatility in tech which will equate to a tighter job market in 2019. Are there bad days ahead in SV?
God I hope so.
Why? Did you bail from here? 😆 Where did you go to?
Nah I’m still here, I want to stay but it’s too inflated, needs a pull back. Too crowded and people overpaid for the most part.
It's just a temp phase, it shall pass
We'll reach trillion dollars valuations in those 3bed sfv soon
1 whole amazon per house. Sounds about right if trends continue.
Wouldn't matter either way.
Not as long as incomes keep going up. The fundamentals are actually pretty decent, still.
I'd say the housing market busting in the Bay Area would be good news for the sector of the job market that Blind cares about. People that never would have considered relocating there would be willing to, the big push in satellite offices would drop, companies would consolidate at HQs.
Why do you think that?
Forgot its ritalin.
My home equity increased 33% in 3y, faster than company stocks ....
Housing prices will probably slide further since the rising interest rate environment has been a shock on the demand side
Interest rates will fall if the market craters though
Bulls still dreaming and living in denial 😂
My crystal ball says yes.
