xkMK40 OP Jan 11, 2021It was a scam... she wanted me to pay for her gas via a gift card. Turns out this is one of those romance scams that FTC warns you about https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/what-you-need-know-about-romance-scams I found out in time and said no to any payment.
