How would you determine your personal strengths and find a matching job? I’m tired of no control over what I work on, sprints, micromanagement, demands, random short deadlines, public shaming, my feedback not taken into account, heavy ops load, shitty WLB, rat race, rushing, low tech bar etc. I used to love this profession but I don’t know anymore what I could be passionate about. I want to determine my strengths and find a matching job where I don’t need to be an all rounder all the time and I can focus on my strengths. However, I feel a bit lost and would love to hear what worked for you. TC: 🥜 #engineering #software #swe #career
