Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer from Salesforce after making it to the panel interview but received good feedback on how to improve. My feedback was generally about improved presentation skills and exposure to executive leadership. While I thought my panel performance was good, I see now where I missed the mark and am totally capable of proving my abilities. I also was presenting while having Covid, so I wasn't 100%. Should I apply for the same role, but for Tableau? I understand they are both Salesforce companies, but not sure if the recruiting group is the same or if there is a general cool-off period I should adhere to for all related companies (SDFC, Slack, Tableau, etc.). Thanks! #tech #Salesforce #Tableau #slack Blind Tax: YoE: 10+ TC: Peanuts
We’ll check the feedback from your panel to see why they decided not to proceed.. if it’s valid they may not move forward but our interview process is still different from SF so you likely could be ok!
The feedback I got is absolutely something I can improve on for my next one, so I hope that works out. I may also try to reapply in a few months after some personal development so I’m better prepared. I was really close, just couldn’t quite snag it!
What was the feedback if you don’t mind me asking?
Shoot me a DM and I’m happy to elaborate
Same , can you please share the feedback if you don’t mind
The feedback for the Salesforce interview is in my post
