Also, how much can i negotiate- Thank you! #disney #qa #qadisney #orlando #orlandodisney #tech #techcareer
What org is that? DPEP? DMED?
Not sure of that but the location is Orlando.
DPEP is Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products and it is currently based in Orlando. It is the least tech oriented part of Disney (aside from Imagineering and Connected Products). DMED is Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution (based in Seattle) and is more tech oriented, especially DSS (Disney Streaming Services) where you'll find Hulu (Santa Monica) and Disney+ (New York).
Base seems low but 45% LTI is good if you plan on staying for 5yrs+.
Thanks for replying! Would you be able to give me an estimate range for base pay for level 4, it will help me to negotiate. Also would it be okay to DM you- thanks!
Not sure about QA but P3 software engineer should be around $155k - 165k base and P4 around $170-$180k base.
