I don't understand why are companies using that still when there are options such as Lever out there.
Why companies use anything besides Greenhouse or Lever, I'll never know.
Greenhouse is much better than Workday. Although their resume parser is also terrible. Plus the education session is terirble for people outside US.
workday - “submit a resume, and then do it again manually!”
Yah can some of you workday folks chime in, yall cant figure out how to parse a resume yet? 🤔
Former PeopleSoft / Oracle guys. Agressive and very competent sellers dealing with C-suites and HR decision-makers. Contrary to popular belief, HR decision makers are generally powerless, so basically C-suites. A few rounds of golf, a nice dinner (and dependending on the exec, some activities that I won't care to mention) is generally a much better way to close a deal in this industry than, you know, actually building good software.
This makes sense. Thanks!
I simply won’t apply if the company uses Taleo or Workday.
+1
I don't apply to companies using workday.
What is your gender. What is your race. Are you disabled. Do you like the color blue. What is your race part 2. How are you feeling to day. What is your gender.
1. What is your gender? 2. What is your gender identity?
But really, Bad as workday is taleo and brass ring are much much worse.
Workday employee here-- just wanted to let everybody know, our recruiting app is just the tip of the iceberg. Kind regards,
