You can click on the case and see the case history. You should see a decision made and then it says what the decision is. You should see an approval decision if it’s approved.

You should see it on the bottom left corner if you create a profile and add your petition to the profile for tracking. Once you add the petition, you can get any updates happening on that petition till it’s validity. Even when you quit and your employer withdraws the petition, you will get updates about the withdrawal.
