Anyone know what’s the typical salary for Directors in a non tech/ non eng role at Doordash? Does Doordash do bonuses? Asking for a friend Thanks #ops #operations
500k is way too high. I believe it's more in the $220k range. Total comp will have stock and a bonus structure to increase total comp to probably around $300k
That's all?
For director that's pretty good. At most big companies, in non tech type roles this is relatively standard.
no yearly bonus
Any idea what salaries are like for non tech?
not unfortunately but ahould be standard could be comparable to fb Airbnb roblox etc
It’d likely be low 200’s as base, but that’s an estimate. No bonuses
Range is 250-300 base, 280-400 equity
Wow, that’s a pretty wide range in equity
Is the equity a refresher number?
About $500k max. (Hey tonyx is very close in their numbers, but a bit high imo) No bonus
$500k per year seems high? I interpreted the RSU grant by tonyx as over 4 years
Sorry, yes I ducked up. Last non tech director role I saw had a top base of $250k and RSU’s of $180-300k (split over 4 years)
