EB2 pending + offer from Skype = what to do?
I'm currently waiting on my EB2 process (case is at NVC already) abroad. Recently I've received an offer from Microsoft Estonia a.k.a Skype. What are my options here, except obvious "take an offer" or "dump it, wait for visa"?
How long do you need to wait for the visa?
Don't know. Didn't receive visa interview invitation yet. Could be another month or two.
So just explain to Skype that you are interested in joining a few months later when you get the visa. I assume you are not going to lose it after it's been received if you go to skype?
Maybe MSFT just lay off Skype tomorrow...
Which EB2 queue are you in ? If India, get your green card first. If not, change jobs.

How soon did you here from HR after interviews?? Actually I am waiting for HR so asked.
In about couple of weeks. Overall process was really slow for me.
Yeah looks like for me also it’s been a week and upon asking HR she said interviews were good but finding right spot for me!!!
