Initial offer: 225 base, 20% target bonus, $1M RSUs, 20k signon. TC = 470 without bonus, ~510 with annual bonus (not counting signon). Sounds like its on the low side to me, what do you think?

This is the very high side for PM. Take a look at levels.fyi. You're hitting the top of the band
Seems like mid range based on Levels
Pay a attention to the numbers. A lot of the higher ones around 580 are obviously bogus based on how Fb does bonuses. 510 is on the higher end but I don't think it's top of band. All in top of band is around 525 IIRC.
