can you make qcom match it
They declined
🥲why qcom be like that
Hey OP can I dm you?
Which role?
Quality engineer
Congrats OP
Wow j and j pays so much? You’d need 6-8 yoe - staff level for qualcomm to match the offer
Even I was surprised for a hardware engineer role
Looks like another company on my list to apply. What a hidden gem!
San Diego definitely pays less than Santa Clara but it should only be 15 % less or so
can you provide details on RSUs and signing bonus for J&J ?

Insane offer for fresh grad. Even Google won’t give you this money
Would reccommend Qualcomm, as you are an EE.. J&J is not a tech company, I would guess you will find it hard to grow, or get good experience for your next gig. So while you may get good TC now, in long term, you may be shooting yourself in the foot..
Was about to write this. Don’t chase money at this early stage. Chase learning opportunities and the benefits will compound itself.
Dont believe qualcomm simps above. JnJ is a tech company. Chase money, get rich, retire earlier.
