I’m having zero luck getting call backs for remote roles. I’m non tech (finance/compliance). I still have a remote role, but moral is getting to be bad and it may be time to move on. I’m debating if it will be worth it to pay for LinkedIn Premium in order to message company recruiters. Has anyone found linkedin premium to increase their success rate?
Worth it
Additionally, connect with headhunters and recruitment agencies. In my 4 job changes, 2 came from them and were the best things that happened to me If they are small, they will keep you as priority and go the extra mile.
I don't have good experience with recruiting agencies
I have premium and honestly I don't think it's worth it.
