Employment Verification Letter for a fresh H1B

My friend has a drop-box appointment for a fresh H1B. He is based out in India currently and was sponsored by a company that he does not work with at the moment. Wondering what letter to produce as he isn’t employed with his sponsoring employer yet and can’t produce the employment verification letter? Thanks in advance! #workvisa #h1b
