How did this happen? (Meta Stock)
How diverse are you
It’s probably tough but obviously not nearly as tough as regular engineering
i bet it’s worse. the chances depend on open positions vs number of applicants and i bet it’s through the roof vs engineering
Most eng residency candidates applied for full-time, didn't do well enough to get job offer. Google will tell them they can still be considered for residency, and they do two more coding+fit(easier than full-time interviews) interviews. Then they get offered residency.
Isn’t there hiring commitee approval tho
How long does it take for the residency recruiter or HM to get back to you after the new grad HC? Got good feedback from the recruiter but couldn’t pass the HC. My packet was sent to the residency team two weeks ago but I still haven’t heard back from them? Will they even contact me if they straight up reject me?
low, of course. i would bet 1 in 1000 just like regular engineering
