Engineering Residency Interviews
I got rejected by HC for the Google New Grad position last month and am being considered for the Engineering Resident position. The final technical hangouts interview is scheduled for next week. Is the difficulty level same? Any particular behavioral questions I need to prepare for? The recruiter told me that the topics would be same as New Grad onsite. I have practiced CTCI, EPI, Leetcode tagged problems. Any thoughts on the EngRes position? TC: 0 Leetcode: 320

How long did it take the residency team to get back to you after you failed the new grad HC? It’s been two weeks since my packet was sent to the residency team by my recruiter but I still haven’t heard back.
Seemed to me to be the same level as phone interview. How did yours go?
It didn't go well. Follow up was hard. Expecting a reject.
