That's a crazy low-ball offer for Seattle! Are you sure? About 5 years ago, my own L5 offer was 120K+110K sign ons for the first 2 years. 160K base (I was told that's the max). 500K stock grant vesting 5/15/40/40 Wasn't in hardware though
