Evaluating offer from DB startup

Solutions architect with 4 YOE(2.5 data analyst,1.5 SA) recently got offered 130 base, 23k bonus and 6k shares with 1 year curve from a database startup. The role is good, partner solutions architect but not the most lucrative offer imo. Have final rounds with FB, eBay and some other companies. This is their initial offer.
