Layoffs in some groups but hiring in others....go figure.

Group responsible for partner sales and account management was hit with re-org and layoffs. Will likely go through the next two weeks.
This is third wave of layoffs and 5000+ ppl have been laid off so far in 2020 with no employee or performance specific criteria. They just decide a org name, 12% cut across based on salary levels and office locations.
