I think i am getting underpaid in my company and i didn't negotiate it properly given this my first company. So just wanted to know what would be the ideal package for a software Engineer lll in LexisNexis.
I had work experience in India but came to US for masters. So after masters my first job. I am making 105k . And talking with people around plus when job openings are present there is an amount mentioned that can be given to that position.
Dude, titles are internal to the company. YOE, expertise level and the field combined with location usually are the benchmark deciders for TC. In India, a normal SE in Morgan Stanley is given the title of VP. So give relevant data so that the community can help you.
I am totally new to blind. Sorry for not describing it properly. I have experience in automation testing in india for 3years., this software engineer position is more of DevOps position, dealing with infrastructure and pipeline scripting.the job is in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Move to Dayton location and 105k tc is godsend
