FB PM Interview resources
Currently L6 Product Manager at Amazon. FB recruiter reached out to setup a phone screen and mentioned that the phone screen will have a product design round and an analytics round. Recruiter has provided some links for the prep but those dont seem enough. 1. Any good resources to prep ? 2. Does FB have a system design round in the on-site interview ? 3. The interview is for L5 role at FB. Is it a significant jump in responsibility as compared to Amazon L6 TC - 220k yoe - MBA + 6 (3 as PM, 3 in analytics) City - Seattle #product #fb #facebook #productmanagement

Use Lewis Lim and your network for mock interviews. Be honest and be prepared. I had an xfn interview that was focused on collaboration but could see it turning to system design. Source: got a FB offer using this strategy.
What do you mean by you could see it turning to system design?
The xfn conversation was less structures. Mostly behavioral but got the sense they could ask anything if they felt like it.
