FB and Google Interview
My current interview at Facebook wrapping up on Thursday (Sept 2), and my recruiter mentioned that she will provide feedback that day itself. Additionally I have an onsite interview with Google on 13th, not sure how long will the FB recruiter wait to hear back on my decision. What reason can I give her to wait until my google interview gets completed? #Tech #FAANG #Facebook #Google #recruiter
Google is usually slow in recruiting process. It is unlikely you will get an offer from Google before your fb deadline.
You should be able to stall your recruiter 10 days though

Delay FB interview by 2 weeks?
Cant delay as it is the last interview in loop.
You'll get the Google offer at best a month after FB offer.
Feedback != offer. The timeline should be fine - just let your G recruiter know about your FB situation. They should be able to get back to you in <1 week.
Can’t work. Google takes 1 week after on-site to even say it was positive or negative even if you mention all these.
Yeah, you won’t get a concrete offer but you’ll at least know whether you passed HC - from there you can work with recruiter to get you preliminary numbers.
