Invited twice to meet with FB folks for a leadership position. In one of the meetings the hiring leader mentioned that they get folks they want quickly. Does that mean no leet coding? How does FB process work for these positions?
It’s a trap
Leetcode questions for directors and above?
Honestly this system is super messed up if hiring leadership based on leetcode problems. The leaderships job is to provide a vision and big picture, they should be evaluated on the value they bring to the table rather than stupid problems they can have an engineer solve.
I interviewed there last year for engineering manager and there was easy/medium LC. Maybe for higher positions there is no LC.
They will hire any chump they can find right now.

You should be asking this to the recruiter. That itself would be a red flag for leadership position - that person should be asking the right questions to he right people.
