I've been getting calls and interview offers from your company's recruiters who want my PII from the jump and then never get a call back after. I did a mail trace on two of the last ones and well... How do I weed the fake ones out?
Ask them to send you an email to schedule time or to give you the questions they need answered. If real they will also check the email they sent it from. Linked in is good to check also. All recruiters have a paid account
Gmail doesn't allow to fake @google.com address. You can fake almost any other address and the recepient will get only a warning in their Gmail inbox, but faking google.com is completely impossible. So op is probably lying or these people aren't from top 4.

Asking PII.... first red flag... never give that out... if it is not on paper... it is not legit...
