Why Pronouns shit captured US ? I don’t see this anywhere else
Seniority doesn’t come from a title, just like you’re not a leader just because you’re a “manager”.
At 30 y/o you should have more perspective in life than to worry about such useless things. I’d be more worried about that.
I'm over 40 and my TC is 200k if it makes you feel any better
Stop spending too much time on blind. Read some books. Widen your perspective
The bubble you live in is killing your perspective. I have family and friends that make 20-30k a year that get by. It would take them a decade to make what you make in a year. Stop looking at people who make more than you and thinking you’re a failure. If you made 500k you’d just look for wealthier people to wish you had it as good as
Money will not make you happy. Move to a low CoL place and find yourself a partner or get a dog.
Almost 40, 15YOE IC5 non tech 215TC, completely comfortable and happy, I live well below my means and still top 3% household income in a lower cost area than CA or other offices, equivalent to 300+ elsewhere
You want to feel good about yourself? I have 8 yoe, 33 years old. Tc 93k. Mhcol
But you will never be laid off
Have you tried looking for external opportunities? It’s a matter of fit, if you don’t see growth opportunities for you in the current place, probably it’s time to look externally. If you find something nice, congrats! If not, you’ll have more data points on what the market can offer for your skillset and adjust expectation accordingly.
