Flexport Interview
Has anyone had a phone interview for flexport recently? I have technical assessment for a SWE II role
I interviewed there! They never get back to you after your interviews.

Interview went well I thought and we did small talk. They are okay!
It was a waste of time for me! Very easy Interview , Not sure what they are looking for exactly. They seem ‘very picky ‘. If you are not from FAANG, chances of getting in is very slim. They are a bit hyped these days, so must be receiving a lot of applications from FAANG candidates. So use your time wisely.
I had it today where it was letter combinations of a phone number then. A follow up and was able to get it kinda quickly. Well see tho.
I’m applying to their Chicago office if that makes anything different haha
How soon do they get back to you?
I hád one yesterday. They don’t pay well
Location? Is it for similar role?
You are absolutely wrong. They paid well enough to best out my Google/Fb offers.
