Flipkart vs Zeta
Hi all, I currently have offers from zeta and flipkart and have hard time figuring out what to choose Flipkart - UI 2 ( FPG team) Base - 28lpa Jb - 2l Perf bonus - 2.8l Stock 13l Zeta - SDE 2 frontend Base - 30lpa Jb - 5l Retention - 5l Stocks - 15l So much negativity revolving around flipkart and zeta is on more positive side. But I would like to work on b2c and have good wlb and I think flipkart would have a good brand name outside. YOE - 2.3 TC - 9lpa #flipkart #zetaglobal #compensation #competingoffer
Zeta is not frontend heavy if that's of any use. Try to contact some UI guy from Zeta and get more info. I would have gone for Zeta undoubtedly if it was back-end.

And why should it be? Due to comp?
FK for brand name, and honestly it opens a lot of doors, I am an ex FK employee. The team in FK is not good rn. Who is the HM of zeta? I got their offer as well, maybe I can share some insight there.

Depends on the product you will be working at. Since you are FE, I don't know what is important for FE devs, but try to get to know in as much detail as possible the product and the people you will be working with.

Flipkart for juniors is still a good place to learn. Not sure about this specific team though. Will you be working on some internal product? Flipkart will also add a good brand name. Wlb is team dependent but generally it's not great. Tc is almost similar. You may consider joining flipkart. P.S. I have offer from zeta for a senior role and considering it.

Hey OP , how are the UI interviews ? Are they DSA focused or JS/CSS focused?
Zeta also has good brand name unless you want to brag the name of flipkart in front of relatives
