How is Gartner doing? Saw many positions. Did they have layoffs or planning any? How are they as an employer? Long-term stability?
On our last earnings call in November we raised full year 2023 guidance and I’ve seen no indication that has slowed down. Thing about Gartner is we’ve found we actually do the best during times of rapid change. COVID, Ukraine, recession—honest is where our services are most in demand.
Layoffs in 2020.
We are planning to stop our subscription with them in the next cycle.. bloody expensive. But I agree here with @jeAX38 that during rapid change in market is when they make money and become more relevant. At the end they just provide you their analysis. Take it with a grain of salt..
They dont do layoffs as much as firing quietly. Lots of analysts just disappear
