Getting an interview at LinkedIn
Hello Blind, How did you get a SWE interview with LinkedIn? I've been trying so hard to get one, online applications, contacting recruiters and random LinkedIn employees for a referral, what am I missing? I have a little over 2.5 years of backend software development experience. #linkedin #linkedinhiring

Have a good resume and a great LinkedIn profile. I did both and got calls after applying online and once the recruiter reached out himself. You can try getting a referral as well!

I don’t have any SWE headcount left and pretty sure a lot of my peers are in the same boat. When we have SWE openings we fill them super fast

What do you look for while filling those roles?
Probably your resume then. Even I have an SWE interview with them and I’m not even in an SWE role
How did you apply?
I actually got my resume reviewed a couple times and it looked like I was a good fit for the roles I applied/asked for a referral. That's why it's a mystery to me.
