GitHub Account recovery
I changed the phone and lost the Authenticator QR code for my GitHub account. Now the GitHub is asking for recovery codes and saying there is no other way to recover my account. I lost all my open source contributions.

Well, there should be. I had a similar situation with a company git ,and there was a message "send is your request, it'll take a few days". Shouldn't be impossible

Don’t know a solution but would recommend 1Password or Duo instead of Google Authenticator. All your data gets transferred to the new phone.
