Good Google T4 SWE comp in Seattle?
What is considered a good but still realistic L4 SWE offer? Any difference between Bay area vs. Seattle in comp levels?

Google recruiter in Seattle asked me for expected comp for T4, I said $330k ( i have competing offer in bay area for $370k senior in other FAANG). Is this possible to get? Currently sde2 in amazon with $275 tc.

For T4 , Good comp in Seattle , ~155k base , 400k/4years equity , 30-50k sign on
My offer (2 weeks back) - 150k base, 400k equity 4 yr and 30k signon and 15% minimum bonus year end . I have 4.5 years of total experience , 1.5 in Amzn as Sde1
