Good culture software companies

hey guys. I used to work for HP before Amazon. I really enjoyed working with nice people at my previous workplace, but these days I am having a hard time navigating at amzn. Can people point me toward a good collaborative software company where people are focused on achieving a common goal and do not backstab every day to get ahead?
