hey guys. I used to work for HP before Amazon. I really enjoyed working with nice people at my previous workplace, but these days I am having a hard time navigating at amzn. Can people point me toward a good collaborative software company where people are focused on achieving a common goal and do not backstab every day to get ahead? Thanks a lot, I would appreciate a long list to choose for my move. TC : 170k
You can eliminate any company: 1. which did mass layoffs even if they had quarterly profits 2. Mandatory ura or pip quota companies
Majority top companies have these two
yeah, basically that's what was my base condition, but I still want to get it out from the community. :)
I’ve had a great experience at Spotify
What is the RTO outlook for Spotify? They’re remote right? For the foreseeable future too?
Expedia
Please eliminate companies that are extremely profitable and do layoffs.
