Google Android org
Have scheduled onsite with Google for the Android OS org. I wont say what teams to avoid doxxing myself, but it is for an L4 position. I was wondering, what is the wlb within this team ? What pay structure ranges should I expect? Tax: 160k Yoe: 6 #google #android #os #tech #swe

Android OS is not an org. Tens of orgs (hundreds of teams) contribute to the Android OS. This is an impossible question to answer since it will vary drastically depending which org it actually is. Also, pay ranges have nothing to do with org/team, it's decided by level and location
Android org has thousands of people, maybe even tens of thousands. Many hundreds of teams, what do you expect as an answer for wlb? Each team is different and depends on manager, culture within the team and urgency of the work they are doing.
If you couldn't tell what was implied, I'm asking about the org in general which is fair to ask. What's your tc? Or GTFO.
