If you did the L3 General SWE interview with Google onsite, roughly how hard were your interview questions?
I cleared L3 and i feel like it was all mediums with several follow-ups. Each part of the question was a medium. IMO hard is when each part asked required combining 2 or more medium concepts. I don't think any single part asked was a hard
when i was a new grad, they just gave me 2 hard, and i failed. but after i prepared and interviewed again 3 yrs later, they just shoot me 5 medium and that's it. But still L3

How many YOE is L3? (I’m 5 YOE with an approaching on-site.).
It seems to vary according to Blind. I have 1 or 2 YOE and I have an onsite soon. (It’s only 2 if you count the year I spent teaching at a bootcamp).
Also, my recruiter never specified it was L3, but I’m just gonna assume it’s L3.
