Google L3 Offer
Got a Google L3 offer: 120/35/15 with 15K sign on. So TC: 170K. Location is Austin. How is the offer? I do not have any competing offer but I was expecting a TC of around 210K for the move. Interviewed months ago and joined MS due to G not having any headcount. Any tips for negotiation? YOE: 3 Current TC: 165K

Lol, amazon doesn't pay that much even in Seattle. New grad offer TC was something like 145k
Offer seems fine for L3 but it seems they down leveled you, you qualify for L4 based on YOE
Yeah.. I interviewed for L4 but got downleveled. At that did not have any MS experience under my belt. But now I do have it. They will not give L4 i know. But the TC should be L3 upper band to compensate for it.
How much yoe/level do you have in MS now?

210k is what you get in the bay area for L3 and that's a high offer. So 170 for Austin seems like a really good offer for L3
