Base: 135 Stock 100k total (25k/yr) 15% expected bonus No signing Total TC = 180K For MTV or potentially NYC (team needs in either) Product manager not project 6 YoE as a PM, 3 at MS 3 at AMZN. This seems really bad to me, thoughts? Not sure on PM L4 paybands

Even non-technical non-pm roles get paid more than that at Google lol. If I was in your shoes I wouldn’t know what to do either. If it’s higher than your current TC then perhaps take it and use it as leverage for the next position?
Pretty damn low, disappointed in G’s lowballing lately. What’s your background education wise? Is all of your work experience strictly 6 years as a PM?
